Banana Biscoff Pie
A warm, bakery-style coffee creamer with creamy banana, buttery brown sugar, cinnamon spice, and rich cookie butter flavor inspired by caramelized Biscoff cookies and banana cream pie. Smooth, cozy, and dangerously close to tasting like somebody liquefied an entire dessert table directly into your morning coffee.
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4–1/3 cup cookie butter syrup
3/4–1 teaspoon banana extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Tiny pinch salt
Optional “Pie Crust Mode” Upgrade:
1/4 teaspoon butter extract
Tiny drizzle caramel syrup
Very small pinch graham cracker crumbs blended in while warm
Instructions:
Heat the base — Warm the heavy cream, milk, and brown sugar in a saucepan over low heat and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Add cookie butter — Whisk in the cookie butter syrup until smooth and fully blended.
Remove from heat — Take the pan off the heat and let cool for about 10 minutes.
Add flavor — Stir in the banana extract, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and butter extract if using.
Whisk smooth — Whisk until silky and completely combined.
Cool & bottle — Pour into a glass bottle or jar and refrigerate before using.
Tips:
Do not boil the cream.
Start lighter on banana extract — you can always add more later.
Cookie butter syrup blends smoother than actual cookie butter spread.
Letting the creamer chill overnight deepens the cookie and brown sugar notes dramatically.
Shake before serving if needed.
Creamsmiths Notes:
This flavor somehow lands directly between banana pudding, cookie butter cheesecake, and pie filling your grandmother would absolutely judge you for eating straight from the fridge at 2am.
The banana hits first, followed by warm cinnamon-cookie richness and buttery brown sugar notes that settle perfectly into coffee. The Biscoff flavor lingers in the finish like the memory of making extremely irresponsible decisions in the bakery aisle.
Shockingly smooth. Mildly suspicious. Extremely drinkable.
Coffee Pairing:
Medium roasts are the sweet spot here — especially coffees with caramel, graham cracker, cinnamon, chocolate, or nutty flavor notes. This creamer absolutely shines in smooth Colombian coffees, breakfast blends, and mellow diner-style coffee where the cookie butter and banana can turn an ordinary cup into full dessert mode.
