Cinnamon Vanilla
A warm, cozy creamer with smooth vanilla and a gentle cinnamon spice. Simple to make, easy to love, and perfect for your first homemade batch.
Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Tiny pinch of salt
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream and sugar.
Warm over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is fully dissolved. (Do not boil.)
Remove from heat.
Stir in the vanilla, cinnamon, and a small pinch of salt.
Let it cool for a few minutes, then pour into a bottle or jar.
Shake well before each use.
Tips
If the cinnamon settles (it will), just give it a good shake.
Want it stronger? Add a little more cinnamon or vanilla to taste.
For smoother texture, you can strain it—but totally optional.
Creamsmiths Notes
This is your “training wheels” recipe—but don’t underestimate it.
You’re learning the core process: heat, sweeten, flavor, adjust.
Once you’ve made this, you can:
Swap cinnamon for other spices
Combine flavors (cinnamon + caramel is fire!)
Start dialing sweetness exactly how you like it
