Sweet Cream Base


This sweet cream base is the perfect starting point for homemade coffee creamer: simple, creamy, versatile, and easy to customize. Make it as-is for a classic sweet cream flavor, or use it as a blank canvas for your next creamer experiment.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Warm the cream — Pour the heavy cream into a saucepan and warm over low heat.

  2. Dissolve the sugar — Stir in the sugar until fully dissolved.

  3. Cool the base — Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.

  4. Bottle it — Pour into a glass bottle or jar.

  5. Chill & use — Refrigerate and shake before serving.
